We're growing and looking for a Marketing Lead with a creative flair and the ability to break down and communicate high level concepts. You'll play an important role in running DOJO's marketing operations, where you'll develop marketing strategies and plans to ensure that we achieve our growth objectives.
You will be working closely and reporting to the CEO.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Run DOJO's marketing arm, and develop and implement our marketing strategy and marketing plan
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
- Ensuring that marketing objectives are aligned with growth objectives
- Deliver customer-centric messaging and creatives to all our touchpoints that are aligned with our strategy and brand
- Generating new business leads to achieve growth objectives
- Develop strategic partnerships, programmes and events to achieve marketing objectives
- Develop and manage the creative direction and process for the DOJO brand, ensuring brand consistency
- Developing and managing the marketing budget
- Preparing and presenting reports to the management team
- Manage all aspects of our digital marketing including our marketing database, email, SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Ensuring that our website and communications reflect accuracy and are up to date
- Excellent English is a must
- Strong copywriting skills
- Hands on experience in: Email drip campaigns, ad campaigns, SEO/SEM, organic social media outreach and growth, and offline and/or guerrilla and/or growth hacking experience
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Experience in a relevant role is preferred but not necessary
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or its equivalent is preferred
